    4 eggs
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1 T. parmesan cheese
    1 T. chopped jalepenos (more or less to taste
    nonstick spray


Spray skillet with non-stick spray.
Turn heat to medium low.
Mix eggs, milk, cheese, and jalepenos in a bowl or large mixing cup.
Pour egg mixture into skillet and cook until done.
