    1.5 lbs. extra lean ground beef (96% fat free)
    8 oz. crimini mushrooms, sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbs. Brummel and brown
    1 can petite diced tomatoes
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. Italian Seasoning


Saute mushrooms and onion in 1 Tbs. Brummel and Brown spread. Set aside. Brown ground beef. Add mushroom mixture, tomatoes and spices. Simmer for about 20 minutes.

Serve with whole wheat pasta (not included in nutritional information.)

Makes five 1-cup servings.
