    21 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
    14 oz Hillshire Farm Turkey Smoked Sausage
    2 28-oz cans diced tomatoes
    2 onions, chopped
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    2 cups fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
    4 tsp dried oregano
    4 tsp creole seasoning
    2 tbsp hot sauce
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp dried thyme
    1.5 lbs peeled, deveined, cooked shrimp


Combine all but shrimp in crock pot. Cook on low 7 hours covered. Stir in shrimp before serving. Serve over rice (not included in calories). Makes 23 1-cup servings.
