    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 T. Red wine vinegar
    2 T. minced fresh dill
    1/4 t. salt
    1/2 t. pepper
    1 1/2 c. sugar snap peas
    1/4 c. minced green onion
    1 lb. small red potatoes, cooked and cliced


Combine first five ingredients in jar, shake to blend well. Steam peas until crispy tender - about 5 minutes. Toss peas, green onion & potatoes with dressing, let stand for a couple hours to absorb flavors. Serve at room temperature.
