    6 c cooked quinoa
    red onion chopped 1/3c
    leomons juice of two@6tblsp
    olive oil 4tsp
    basil 6tbsp chopped
    avocadoes 2 med chopped
    Roma tomatoes 2 chopped


Let cooked Quinoa cool. Add lemon juice,olive oil to chopped onion and basil. Chop Avacado and tomatoe. Mix all ingrediants together and serve
