    1 - Mission Flour Tortilla, small fajita size
    1/4 cup diced canned tomatoes, drained
    1 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese, part skim


Put 1/4 cup drained tomatoes on tortilla shell. Top with 1 oz. of shredded mozzarella cheese. Put directly under broiler for 3-5 minutes. Watch carefully. Pizza is ready when cheese is melted and tortilla edges are browned and crispy looking.
