Ingredients

    1 1/4 cups uncooked bow-tie (farfalle) pasta (2.5 oz)
    12 oz frozen scallops
    1 oz feta cheese (about 1/4 cup)
    1 oz part skim mozarella cheese (about 1/4 cup)
    1 1/2 cups fresh spinach
    1/2 medium red bell pepper (chopped)
    1 tsp dried basil leaves
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 cup sliced Kalamata olives
    1 Tbsp olive oil

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350. Spray 9x9 in glas baking dish with cooking spray.

2. Cook pasta as directed on package.

3. Cook scallops in olive oil until light brown.

4. Add 1/2 the cheese and remaining ingredients into the 9x9 baking dish.

5. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with olive oil and remaining cheese.
