Fast 1 ingredient Ice Cream, a much healthier alternative! Fast 1 ingredient Ice Cream, a much healthier alternative!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 Banana
    1 Tbsp Peanut Butter (Crunchy if Preferred)
    .5 Tbsp Honey

Directions

1. Cut the Banana into slices (to help them freeze faster)
2. Place into freezer for 2-3 hours
3. Put Bananas, Peanut Butter, and Honey into food processor
4. Blend

Either 1 generous portion, or 2 smaller portions. Perfect for summer snack or tasty breakfast treat.

Also: try swapping the peanut butter/honey for berries and other yummy combinations!
