Ingredients

1/2 stick unsalted butter
2c (32tbs) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 heads of garlic
1 tsp black pepper
8tbsp fresh parsley chopped and cleaned
5 lemons for lemon juice
1 tbs lemon zest
2 lemons for lemon wedges
15-25 medium shrimp cleaned and tail-less
1lb linguini
parmesan or ramano cheese
Directions
Linguini:
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add linguini. Cook pasta for 12 mins. Drain.
Sauce:
add butter and EVOO in a pan. mix butter with EVOO until melted. Put garlic in food processor and chop small. Add garlic to oil and butter. Fry garlic on medium for 5 mins. Add black pepper, red pepper if desired, and fresh chopped parsley. Cook on medium heat for 5 mins. Bring sauce to a rapid boil. Keep an eye on the garlic to be sure it does not burn, golden garlic is perfect. Add cleaned and tail-less shrimp to sauce. Cook shrimp until light pink. After shrimp is pink, turn heat off. Add Lemon zest and lemon juice.
In large pot, mix sauce, shrimp and linguini. Serve with grated parmesan or ramano cheese and a nice italian bread! Add lemon wedges for garnish!
