    Unsalted Butter, 4 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, 1.25 cup packed
    Chunky Unsalted Peanut Butter, 5 tbsp
    Egg, 2
    2% Milk, .33 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp


Set oven to 350 degrees. Beat the butter, brown sugar and peanut butter until well blended 1-2 mins. Add in eggs and vanilla and beat again until mixed. Finally, add in the milk and beat until well mixed. Put into 16 lined muffin cups and bake at 350 for 25 mins.

Top with "Cream Cheese Frosting" (I put it on spark recipes). That recipe takes 5 mins and makes enough for this batch plus a bit extra. Enjoy!!
