Introduction

This makes a great spring and summer type breakfast. I suggest you cover with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and toss in a 1/2 cup of mixed berries for a FILLING breakfast. Ingredients

    4 cups of Rolled Oats
    1/2 cup of toasted wheat germ
    1/2 cup of wheat bran (can be toasted)
    1/2 cup of oat bran
    1/4 cup of splenda brown sugar
    1/4 cup of slivered almonds
    1/4 cup of chopped pecans
    1-2 tsp a Saigon Cinnamon
    1 tsp of Vanilla Extract (optional)

Directions

Take all ingredients and mix in large mixing bowl. Store in an air tight container and can last up to two months.

Makes 8 approximately 3/4 - 1 cup servings.
