    1 lb. red potatoes
    1 lb. turkey/chicken kielbasa
    1 tbsp. EVOO
    1 medium onion sliced
    1 red bell pepper sliced
    1 green bell pepper sliced
    2 cloves garlic smashed and chopped
    S&P- season salt optional. Dish already has a lot of sodium


Makes 4 servings with 4 oz. of turkey/chicken kielbasa

Quarter red potatoes and start in pan with garlic ,EVOO, onion and spice. Cook for 15-20 min. Cut kielbasa into 1/2 inch pieces and toss in with potatoes. Toss in peppers last. Cook for an additional 15 -25 minutes until potatoes are fork tender. Stir occasionally to make sure it doesn't stick.
