    1 can healthy heart cream of mushroom soup
    1 cupBrown rice
    2 cups water
    4 chicken breast
    2 cups broccoli
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1 cup cheese 2%


Mix soup, rice, water, brocolli and onion powder in 8x11 pan lay chicken breast on top
cook 375 for 45 minutes or until rice is done and right consistancy

uncover and add cheese 5 minutes before done
