    * Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large
    * Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    * Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp

Transfer logs to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated 300 oven for 30 minutes or until firm and lightly browned. Cool on a rack for at least 5 mins. Good
    I used an egg subsitute and a lite sugar baking blend in this recipe. I was only able to get one loaf out of this receipe. It was very wet and I ended by working more flour into the dough before doing the first baking. It also need an extra 15 mins in the oven to finish it off. - 3/18/13

    Very Good
    The flavor of these was quite good. The only issue I ran into is that the dough was pretty runny, so I had to add more flour to prevent it from spreading too much. Otherwise they were a nice tasty treat. My niece and I love to dunk them in our hot chocolate. :-) Thanks! - 12/9/11

    Incredible!
    This is GOOD stuff! Perfect with my morning cup of coffee! I added 1/4 cup sliced almonds because I love the added CRUNCH! I will have to try adding 1/4 cup craisins the next time... which I'm sure will be SOON! Also, I don't have parchment paper so I just grease and flour my pan and make 1 log. - 7/18/11
