Introduction

Something I threw together before work. I forgot the recipe at work so just put some stuff in the crockpot. Something I threw together before work. I forgot the recipe at work so just put some stuff in the crockpot.

Ingredients

    4 large chicken breast
    1 can low fat chicken broth
    1 jar salsa
    1 small can green chilis
    Chili Powder (as much as you want)
    Ground Cumin (as much as you want)

Directions

Place all in a crockpot and cook on low 8-10 hours. Shred chicken. Good over rice, chips or for tacos or salads!
