I like to make different soups out of things I have left in the ref & freezer. Things are to expensive to waste now a days.
Soups are so easy to make that anyone can do it.

Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 4 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Scallions, raw, 3 medium (4-1/8" long)
    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 2 cup, diced
    Water, bottled, 3 serving
    Western family Garbanzo Beans, 3.5 serving
    *western family black beans, canned, 3.5 cup
    Libbys Sweet Peas, 1 serving
    Western Family Almonds, 2 serving
    Gravy Mix, 3 serving
    *prim Rib, 2 oz

Directions

Cut cabbage, cattots Scallions, put in a crock pot
add 2 - 16.9oz bottles of water. Add all the can beans & peas to crock pot. Add just a little water to clean the bottoms of the cans out to get all the flavor.
I added almonds and the ham & Prim Rib I had left overs from different dinners to it.
