Introduction

Ingredients

    1 16-oz container of Sour Cream
    8-12 tbsp Horseradish
    2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    2 tsp McCormick French Herb Roasting Rub
    2 tsp Sea Salt
    2 tsp Black Pepper, Freshly Ground

Directions

Blend together all ingredients and place in refrigerator to let the flavors meld ... at least 2 hours, overnight is better ... then serve.

This is very tasty with roast beef or prime rib, but is also tasty as a veggie dip!
