    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 6 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup
    Pepper, black, 2 dash
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Basil, .20 tbsp
    Mrs Dash Red pepper Oregano &, garlic, 1 tsp
    *Lea & Perrin's Worchestershire Sauce, .5 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, .25 tsp (remove)
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 oz
    Swiss Cheese, .5 oz
    Provolone Cheese, 1 oz


Makes about 6 servings (3/4 cup)

saute all veggies in a pan
add spices
add tomato paste
add cheese to melt
put over pasta of choice

I blended everything with an immersion blender because I have picky kids but feel free to leave it chunky
