Ingredients

    2 cans light tuna,drained, flaked
    1 pkg Chicken Stuffing
    1 c. shredded colby/monterey jack cheese
    3/4 c water
    1 carrot shredded (we used about 1/4 c jicama)
    1/4 c Miracle Whip
    2 Tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish

Directions

Mix All ingredients. Refrigerate 10 min.
Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on med heat
Add 1/4 cup portions of tuna mixture to skillet
Flatten into patties with spatula - cook 3 min each side until golden brown

Makes 8 servings of 2 cakes each
