Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 bottle Prego traditional Sauce
1 pkg whole wheat penne or ziti pasta
10 provolone slices
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
12 oz light sour cream
Directions
Brown ground beef and add sauce. Bring to a simmer. While browning beef, cook pasta according to package directions. Layer ingredients into a 9 x 13 dish - 1/2 of pasta, provolone, sour cream, 1/2 of sauce, 1/2 of mozzarella, remaining pasta, remaining sauce. Cook in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Top with remaining mozzarella and bake for 10 more minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes to thicken.
