Ingredients

    4 cups water
    1 cup zucchini
    1 cup fresh tomatoes
    1 1/3 cup carrots
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp onion powder
    1/16 tsp savory powder
    2 tsp nutritional yeast
    3/4 cup green beans
    2 Tbs fresh parsley
    1 1/3 cup red potatoes
    1 cup yellow squash
    1 cup celery
    1 medium onion
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp thyme powder
    1 1/3 Tbs mckays chicken seasoning
    1/3 cup spinach
    1/3 cup frozen peas
    1/2 cup frozen corn (opt)
    1/2 cup broccoli minced (opt)
    2 garlic cloves minced
    1/8 tsp cayenne (opt)

Directions

Saute onion and garlic then in a large pot place all ingredients except peas, corn, parsley, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat cover and simmer until the veggies are tender about 20 mintues add the rest return to the boil and cook another 5 minutes makes 8 cups.
