    Onions sauteed in Olive Oil
    Garlic (6 gloves - I love garlic)
    Crushed Tomatos (the big can, roughly 4 12oz cans?)
    Stewed Tomatos
    Tomato Paste
    Black Beans
    Kidney Beans
    Cumin to taste
    Chili Powder to taste


Saute onions till soft
add garlic and cook
Add tomatos and beans and heat thoroughly
Add spices to taste (I add a lot of spices, cumin and chili powder are the important ones)
