    12 cucumbers, cut in half
    1.5 c. imitation crab meat, shredded
    1/4 c. finely diced onion
    3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
    5 T kraft miracle whip dressing
    .25 tsp. ground black pepper
    .5 tsp. dried dill weed


24 servings (1/2 cucumber per serving)

Wash cucumbers and cut off ends, and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop and centers and discard. Fill cucumbers with remaining ingredients that you have mixed. (I run a fork down each cucumber's entire circumference for a decorative flair). Keep refrigerated.
