    8 oz. Cream Cheese softened, you could substitute low or non fat for lower calories
    8 oz. Marshmallow Fluff
    2 tblsp dried orange zest/rind or the zest of one orange
    .25 tsp orange extract

    Mix together and serve with a fruit
    You could use lemon rind and lemon extract for a lemon creamsicle dip
