Ingredients

    Broccoli, cooked, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 7 slice (1 oz) (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, 1 quart (remove)
    Cauliflower, cooked, 8 cup (1" pieces) (remove)

Directions

cut the broccoli and cauliflower
add to boiling water
when the veggies are tender drain
return veggies to pan
add 1 quart of milk
add cheese
serve
