    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1.5 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)
    Chicken Broth, 64 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Celery, raw, 4 cup, diced (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 4 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 8 clove (remove)
    Parsley, dried, 4 tbsp (remove)
    *Seasalt .25 tsp, 3 serving (remove)
    Egg Noodles, enriched, 6 cup (remove)


Make chicken stock

2 baked chicken carcuses with meat removed
4 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 tsp salt
8 celery stalks
5 chopped carrots
8 cloves garlic chopped
let sit 60 minutes, bring to a boil, simmer 12 to 24 hours

Strain stalk and add 4 cups chopped celerry, 4 cups choppef carrots, 1 cup green onion chopped, bring to a boil

makes 12 1.5cup servings
