Sounds interesting, I know but this soup is satisfying and delicious and very healthy. Ingredients



    * *Natural Value Canned Pumpkin, 0.5 cup
    * Stoneyfield Farm Organic lowfat plain yogurt, 1 T.
    * Peas, frozen, 2 T.
    * Water, 1 cup
    * Member's Mark (Sams) Chicken Breast, approx. .25 Cup
    * Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp or 1 packet (remove)
    * Heinz Organic Ketchup, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Add any of the following as preferred:
    1 T. dried chives
    1 tsp. chili pwd.
    1 tsp. dried basil, oregano and parsley
    1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
    salt and pepper as desired.

Directions

Combine all ingredients in small saucepan and heat thoroughly. (If adding longer cooking veggies, such as carrots, cook ahead of time, and add to the soup.) Serves 1 person VERY generously, or 2 individuals small to med. size portions.
