    Mangos, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Lime Juice, .125 cup (remove)
    *Seasalt .25 tsp, 1 serving (remove)
    Halibut (fish), 12 oz (remove)
    Coconut Oil, 1 1tsp (
    scallion .25 C chopped


dice mango and pepper and mix together with 2 tbs fresh squeezed lime juice and 1/2 tsp seasalt,

lightly brown Halibut in coconut oil add scallions and mango mixture cover and simmer until done. about 15 minutes. makes 4 3 oz servings.
