    1 (14.5 oz) can Italian-style stewed tomatoes, un-drained and chopped
    1 (14 oz) can fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
    1 cup chopped cooked chicken breast
    2 cups coarsely chopped escarole (1 small head)
    2 tsp olive oil


1. Combine tomatoes and broth in a large saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce to low, simmer 5 min.
2. Add chicken, escarole, oil, cook 5 min.
