Introduction

i used a box mix but substituted a cup of wet almond meal from making almond milk and a fresh banana instead of adding oil and water to the mix. The eggs let the brownies still rise and they came out really nicely :) i used a box mix but substituted a cup of wet almond meal from making almond milk and a fresh banana instead of adding oil and water to the mix. Ingredients

1 whole box brownie mix [box says makes 20 servings - read label where it says calories]
    1 small fresh banana
2 large preferably organic and cage free eggs
1 cup wet almond meal which was reserved from making fresh almond milk (this is the "pulp" that is left behind when you put it through the strainer)

Directions

heat oven to 325 degrees farenheight if using 8"x8" pan. If using larger than heat to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in bowl and beat on low speed until mixed thoroughly. Pour into greased and/or lined baking pan. cook for 50 minutes unless using 13x9" pan (30 minutes) or 9x9" pan (40 minutes). Always check about ten minutes before done to make sure it is baking evenly and rising nicely.
makes 9 square high yummy pieces if you bake it in a 8x8" pan.
