Number of Servings: 15


    15 potatoes
    4 eggs (hard boiled and mashed)
    2 c. mayo (light with olive oil)
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tbsp. mustard
    1/4 c. milk
    onion chopped (optional)
    salt & pepper


Boil 15 potatoes and 4 eggs until done. Cool.

In a bow, combine mashed eggs, mayo, milk, sugar, mustard, onion, salt, and pepper.

Peel and dice potatoes. Pour mayo mixture over the top. Stir. Cool

Serves 15
