Don't let the name fool ya! This is a moist and tasty cake. Just think of what mayo is made from??? Eggs and oil. So it makes an easy substitute if you don't have any eggs on hand, or oil. Don't let the name fool ya! This is a moist and tasty cake. Just think of what mayo is made from??? Eggs and oil. So it makes an easy substitute if you don't have any eggs on hand, or oil.
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    2 cups sugar
    2 cups flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp of salt
    4 tsp (heaping) of cocoa
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup water
    1 cup mayonnaise (best foods regular)


Directions

Mix together all dry ingredients. Then add vanilla, water and mayo. Mix well. Bake in a 9x13 greased pan, at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes.
