Ingredients

    1 box Uncle Ben's Wild Rice & Long Grain
    10 oz. deli turkey, sliced
    1 c. Craisins
    1/4 c. green onions, chopped
    1 c. cashews
    2 oranges, peeled and sectioned and cut in half
    1 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. rice vinegar
    1 t. salt
    1/2 t. pepper

Directions

Cook the rice according to the directions. Combine with turkey, craisins, oranges, green onions and cashews. Mix orange juice, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and pour over salad. Stir well.
