    Whole Wheat Pasta, 14 oz box
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added, 1 can
    *Anaheim pepper, 1 cup chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 tbsp. roasted
    Bush's, Black Beans, 1 can, washed and drained
    *cheddar cheese 2% lowfat, 8 oz shredded
    *Daisy Light Sour Cream, 1 cup
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 32 oz
    Morton's Chili Blend, 5 tbsp
    *Huntís Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 2 cans
    *Poblano Pepper, Raw (1 Pepper)
    1/2 cup water
    1 tsp olive oil


Brown ground turkey in olive oil. Add onion, garlic, and peppers and continue to cook for about 5 minutes. Add chili blend and 1/2 cup of water, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes,tomato sauce, and beans. Continue to simmer. Add cooked pasta and sour cream, then pour into 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, adding cheese to the top during the last 5-10. Makes 12 1-cup servings.
