Introduction
Great recipe for grilling! Great recipe for grilling!Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients
-
1 C Sweet Corn
1 Serving FF Caramel topping
Dash of cayenne (to taste)
Dash of cumin (to taste)
5 sprays butter substitute
1 Reynolds foil packet
Nonstick cookiing spray (optional)
Directions
Place one cup of corn and 1 serving of caramel in a foil packet for each 2 guests. If not using nonstick foil, you may want to spray the foil with a little nonstick.
Add cayenne and cumin to taste. I prefer a little more cayenne and less cumin, but the smoky spice with the caramel is excellent.
Spray 5 butter substitue sprays over the corn.
Close your packet and grill over med to med/high heat for 5-10 minutes.
This is an easy side when you are grilling out, you can leave the corn frozen or let it thaw a bit, it still comes out great.
This works in the mircowave as well, just follow the directions for microwave cooking the corn and add the caramel and pepper in the last minute or so of cooking.
I always add a spray or two more buter and a sprinkle of salt before eating mine. Ok, I admit it, I eat the entire pack a lot of times.
