Ingredients

16 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
12 oz whole wheat fettuccine noodles
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
8 oz fat free cream cheese
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1.5 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup I can't believe it's not butter spray
10 spears of asparagus chopped
2 broccoli crowns chopped
Directions
Season or marinade chicken and bake. Cut up into small bitesize pieces when done.Chop the asparagus and broccoli into bite size pieces and steam (no seasoning).
Boil your fettuccine noodles while sauce is cooking.
Heat the cream cheese, pepper, parmesan cheese, butter spray, garlic powder, and milk in a saucepan on medium heat until cream cheese is melted thoroughly. Stir continuously. Drain pasta and add to cream mixture.
Serves approx. 6 1 cup servings.
