Ingredients

    Tomato Sauce, 2 15-oz. cans
    1/4 cup red wine
    1 large portabello mushroom diced
    1 large bell pepper (red, green, yellow, or orange), diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    Salt, pepper, and garlic salt as desired.
    1 package Soy crumbles

Directions

Put all ingredients except soy crumbles in crock pot on low for 4 hours. Add soy crumbles the last 30-45 minutes of cooking.

Serve over spaghetti.

Makes 6 1-cup servings.
