    1 lb extra lean ground beef, turkey, or chicken
    1/2 Yellow onion
    1 Can Tomato Sauce
    3 Tsp. Tobasco
    4 Fat Free Tortillas
    1 Can Fat Free Refried Beans
    1 Cup 2% Shredded Cheddar (or cheese of your liking)
    1-2 Servings of baked Tortilla Chips (or Doritos) Crumbled


Preheat Oven to 350
Brown ground beef and onion until cooked through.
Add Tomato Sauce and Tobaso, allow to reduce while you assemble the bottom layers.

Tear the 4 Tortillas in half.
Place 1 layer of 4 halves on the bottom of a square glass casserole.
Spread 1/2 the Beans on the tortillas
Add another layer of tortillas.
Spread remaining beans
Add Ground beef mixture
Add all of the crumbled chips
Top with cheese

Heat in the oven for 20-25 minutes. By the time my cheese is bubbly, the bottom is hot.

The bottom layers do not get stiff, so serve with a wide spatula.
