Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped
    Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1/3 cup (30g), 1 serving
    Ken's Steak House, Lite Balsamic & Basil Vinaigrette Salad Dressing, 2 Tbsp, 1 serving


Directions

I keep these ingredients on hand for a "quick fix" couple of salads. Easy to always have the walnuts and cranberries in my pantry, the dressing in the fridge and I just stop by the market for baby spinach leaves and goat cheese. Makes a couple of nice quick salads for a few days. Might start mixing it up with some strawberries and pecans instead.
