Introduction

Very moist cake made in Liberian for special occasions.. such as weddings and birthdays. Very moist cake made in Liberian for special occasions.. such as weddings and birthdays.

Ingredients

    All you will need is:
    2 cups Flour
    2 cups Sugar
    2 cups Grated Carrots
    3 tsp Salt
    2 tsp Cinnamon
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
    4 Eggs

Directions

Sift together flour, salt, soda, and cinnamon. Add sugar and oil; mix well. Add in already beaten eggs and sugar. After mixing well add to cake pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until lightly brown and fluffy. Tooth pick should come out clean.
