Introduction

This was my first attempt at banana bread ever! I used a cooks.com recipe as my base, but I changes oil:applesauce, vanilla:coffee creamer (I didn't have any vanilla), sugar:splenda, honey:brown sugar and milk (If I had the splenda brown sugar I would've used that.) Ingredients

    1/3 Cup Cinnamon Applesauce
    1/2 tsp Powdered French Vanilla Coffee Creamer
    3 Eggs
    1/2 Cup Splenda
    2 tsp Cinnamon
    2 1/2 Cups Bisquick
    3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
    1/2 Cup Skim Milk
    1 1/2 Cups Mashed Banana (3 Medium Bananas)

Directions

*Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
*Beat all ingredients together with a spoon until well blended.
*Pour into greased loaf pan or into lined muffin tin
*Bake 55-65 minutes for bread; 15 minutes for mini muffins; 20 minutes for regular muffins.
*Allow to cool
*Serves 10-12
