Introduction

Very easy to make; can be modified according to taste. I eat it for lunch with a few tortilla chips crushed and topped with low fat cheese and warmed in the microwave. Ingredients

    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can whole kernal corn, drained and rinsed
    1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
    Juice from fresh lime, according to taste

Directions

Mix ingredients together. Serve with tortilla chips. Calorie count is for salsa salad only. Makes 5.5 cups.
