Ingredients

    16 oz. lean pork tenderloin (cooked & diced)
    1-1/2 cup beef broth
    1/2 cup diced onion
    Season to taste with salt & pepper
    1/4 bottled BBQ sauce of choice

Directions

Simmer pork, broth, onions and seasoning together until meat falls apart and can be mashed (about 90 minutes) and broth reduces to almost nothing. Add BBQ sauce and heat through. serve on sandwich rolls of your choice. serves about 8
