    1 15oz can white beans (1.75 cups), rinsed and drained
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 cup low sodium vegetable broth
    2 tsp dried Italian seasoning


1. Heat olive oil in small sauce pan. Add garlic and cook 30 sec-1minute.
2. Stir in white beans. Coarsely mash and stir in vegetable broth to moisten.
3. Stir in italian seasoning. Heat through.

Serve with Turkey Salisbury Steaks. Makes 4 servings.
