Ingredients

1 lb skinless, bonless chicken breast
4 oz light cream cheese
1 cup light sour cream
1 can (7 oz) green chile enchalada sauce
1 can (4 oz) green chiles
4 oz 2% shredded cheddar cheese
1.5 package (4 count) Joseph's lavish roll up's
cookling spray
Directions
Spray skillet with cooking sprray. Cut chicken into 1/4 inch pieces and cook in skillet until no longer pink. Cube cream cheese and add to skillet, mixing well to melt. Add green chiles and sour cream and mix well.
Cut lavish roll up's in half. Put about a 1/4 cup chicken mixture in each half of lavish and roll up short sides. Place in a 13X9 inch baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese. and enchalada sauce.
Bake at 400 15-20 minutes or until cheddar cheese is melted.
