    1 9" pie crust
    1/4 lb. bacon, fried until crisp and drained
    1 lb asparagus, cut into 1/2" pieces
    4 large eggs
    1 15oz. container ricotta cheese (fat-free)
    1 t. salt
    1/4 t. pepper
    3 chopped green onions
    pinch of nutmet


Thaw pie crust and bake in 400 oven for 15 minutes, remove and reduce oven to 375. Steam asparagus until crisp tender. Whisk eggs, ricotta, salt, pepper and nutmeg, stire in bacon and asparagus and green onions. Spoon into pie crust and bake about 35 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
