Introduction

This cake is a great summer dessert-- and you can make it with strawberry or any other flavor jell-o you like, as well. This cake is a great summer dessert-- and you can make it with strawberry or any other flavor jell-o you like, as well.

Ingredients

    1 cake mix, prepared as directed
    eggs, oil, water as cake requires
    1 small package orange jell-o
    1 Cup hot water
    1/2 Cup cold water

    FROSTING:
    1 small pkg vanilla instant pudding
    1 cup skim milk
    1 small package orange jell-o
    6 oz cool whip
    2 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Bake cake as package directs, cool 15 minutes. When cool, stab cake throughout with fork.
2. Mix 1 small package orange Jell-O mix with 1 cup hot water to dissolve, then 1/2 cup cold water. When mixed, pour over cool cake. Refrigerate 3 hours or more.
3. Mix 1 small package of vanilla instant pudding and 1 cup skim milk together.
4. Mix 1 small package of Jell-O mix, 6 oz cool whip, 2 tsp of vanilla. then add to pudding mixture. Use this to frost cake.
5. Keep cool
