    1 1/4 Cup Old Fasioned Quaker Oats
    1 1/4 Cup Skim Milk
    1 Lg. Egg
    1 Lg. Egg White
    1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 Can Whole Corn
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    2 T. Splenda
    1/2 tsp Vanilla


Mix all dry ingredient in a medium bowl. Wisk wet ingredients in another bowl. Stir both together and let sit for 15 minutes. Drop by 1/3 cup measure, flatten and shape a bit, and cook on hot nonstick skillet until brown. Flip and cook on the other side until golden.
Makes 6 servings, 2 fritters each.
