This is a great Sunday cook up and the leftovers freeze well. This is a great Sunday cook up and the leftovers freeze well.
Number of Servings: 8


    1 stewed chicken and 1 stewed drumstick deboned
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced carrots
    2 c. sliced leeks
    4 small potatoes
    2 garlic cloves chopped and crushed
    6 c. tap water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 TBSP pepper
    2 c. non fat milk


Boil Chicken then debone and save the water used to boil hicken. Add vegetables and 6 cups water. Add Salt and Pepper to taste and when potatoes are completely cooked turn off and add skim milk.
