    1 lemon (without peel or seeds)
    3/4 cup frozen raspberries
    1/2 cup Keifer 1% (any flavor, may substitute yogurt)
    20 g whey protein powder
    1/2 tsp flaxseed oil

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to blender.

2. Puree until smooth.
